Harris Educational Consultants International provide teacher recruitment services to a number of private and public schools in China, Egypt and Bangladesh as well as consulting services to those schools and to a variety of other clients in education and government.

Harris Educational Consultants International was founded in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada by Errol Harris, an educator with experience as a teacher, principal at every level, a consultant and a recruiting specialist. He has been responsible for the development and implementation of several Manitoba curriculum affiliated schools in China, Bangladesh and Egypt.
 
Education Background:
  • Bachelor of Science - University of Winnipeg - Calculus and Chemistry 
  • Bachelor of Education - University of Manitoba - Counselling and Administration. He also has Level 1 and Level 2 Principal certification

Experience as an Educator:

His educational credentials are extensive, beginning as a high school teacher in Winnipeg and then as an administrator - Principal at all levels in the Winnipeg school system (Elementary, Middle Years, High School, French Immersion). One school also included a 200 student adult education program as well as a high school Special Needs program.

  • Prior to being a Principal he was a High School Mathematics Department Head
  • Provided expertise, team building and leadership in the following educational programs: English, French Immersion, Vocational, Business Education, Special Needs, Adult Learning Centres, Human Ecology, Industrial Arts, Work Education and Advanced Placement examination preparation.
  • Chairman of my school division's overall Budget Committee for several years 

Experience as a Consultant:

  • Many years as an Independent Educational Consultant whose clients include Manitoba school divisions, Manitoba Education, as well as private schools in China, Egypt and Bangladesh.
  • Have provided 10 years of Consulting services in "Compliance" and "Special/Forensic audits" for the Auditor General of Manitoba

Donna Harris joined the company as a consultant and a recruiting agent. Her previous years of experience in education has included teaching, counselling, school division wide consultant and as an Assistant to the Superintendent of Education responsible for student behaviour and discipline.

Education Background:

  • Bachelor of Arts - University of Manitoba - English, Spanish and History
  • Bachelor of Education - University of Manitoba - Guidance and Counselling

Experience as an Educator:

  • Middle Years and High School teacher 
  • School Division Consultant in Manitoba 
  • Provided expertise in student behavior and classroom management, attendance, abuse policies, human rights issues, drug and alcohol policies and violence issues
